    1. I see your :D , but I feel compelled to respond.

      Added an entry to my host file to protect the identify of the innocent (server) and pinging across our VPN/internal network.

    2. Okay, the host file explains the name.

      I guess if you VPN'd to a network in China and then pinged a server on that network, you would get a 10. address and valid test. Although, seems like the VPN would add to the ping time.
