Baofeng Tech has updated their site with the full details and specs of the UV-2501+220. You can also pre-order it on Amazon for $139.89. Amazon shows an in stock date of February 9.

  1. Seriously? How is there not more buzz about this radio - this does to the tri-band price/availability what the UV-5R did to the dual band handheld community. Preordered mine already! 220mhz is finally getting affordable

  3. I read the specs, and what I can't see anywhere is if you can actually receive two signals at the same time (dual watch is something completely different).

    Maybe John Miklor can tell us more about his beta radio...
