My chef friend had been talking about a new coffee place: Knoxville Brew. They serve up a mighty fine cup of Joe. I had a simple drip (the El Ishco from El Salvador). It was quite smooth and had a fantastic flavor. K Brew isn't exactly close to my house, so that's good for my wallet.

Tomorrow is Starbucks Appreciate Day. Some might ask, what is Starbucks Appreciation Day?
