Good Company for Lent

Lent

Last year I gave up Cokes (really anything but water, milk, and coffee) for Lent. As I have been told recently, you shouldn't drink your calories. I still have the occasional Coke or Mountain Dew Livewire (usually as the result of stress), but have dropped them from my daily habits.

This year I am going to give up desserts. I doubt this will continue beyond Lent.

For the record, I'm giving up soft drinks and tea for Lent. I don't drink a ton, so this is more about discipline than sacrifice this year.
