Wouxun KG-UV8D: Scanning

The scanning speed is quick. I programmed in a bunch of repeaters and such this morning to test. Sorry it keeps stopping, the local repeaters were busy today.

    It appears to scan faster than a Baofeng UV-5R and slower than a Wouxun KG-UV2D.
    Way too slow to cover 199 memories in a useful period of time.
