Baofeng UV-3R: +Plus Video
Another video from the 409Shop about the UV-3R+ Plus. My takeaways... the Kenwood style plug looks really bulky on the still small radio and you can charge a battery independent of the radio in the drop-in charger.
I can't find it's programming software. where can i download it? please help me. oktaykoca@windowslive.com if you mail me; i will be happy. for 10 days i am looking but any software can programming this radio.
