    Will this HT be getting a FCC Part 90 cert for the USA users needing one?

      I have not seen any mention of a FCC cert for this. The note on the seller's website says only "These radios are on the way to me now. As soon as I receive them and test them, I will release them to sell. These will go fast so be ready to order. UPDATED 3/19/12"
