- The father of another good high school friend had a heart attack and almost died.
- A co-worker's daughter, who has run several marathons, is being told she needs back surgery related to her childhood scoliosis - and that she will never run again.
A jack of many hobbies and a master of none - spending lots of time on amateur/ham radio, running, and technology.

Not a Bad Day
This is how my day started on Wednesday.
I'm not really sure how it happened other than to say I wasn't paying attention. The quote to replace the three panels is almost $500. I still say it wasn't a bad day.
