I checked some similar YouTube videos. Comments indicate this video was considered kinda blasphemous like saying a Miata was every bit as good as a Porsche.
It is rare that I listen to a whole Nutnfancy video these days, but I listened to this one. I'm sure some people might have taken it that way, but I think he was simply saying for a fraction of the money, you get a decent knife.
I thought the pressure might have come from the retailers he works with - not the masses.
