    Yea you have! I purchased one on Amazon a couple weeks ago for 29.99 with two day shipping, and a UV-3r last week for the same price. And this morning popped for a yellow UV5ra or whatever that different bodied one is, just for a different look. 32 shipped. Good times to be a vhf/uhf using ham.
