AnyTone Tech TERMN-8R: Charger Modfication

K4NHA has modified his charger, so he can keep the TERMN-8R ready for action:
"Being used daily it needs charging often and many times I need to charge it on the go. Luckily this was an easy modification since the charger’s circuit is happy to accept anywhere between 12 and 15v DC."

  1. I don't get it, why bother when you can spend $10 and have a car charger that plugs into the port on the battery

  4. When your into electronics and tinkering you want to explore. Sure you can buy the adapter for 10 bucks but why bother if you have the ability to do it yourself. Plus you learn more as you tinker. I always look for new ways to add functionality. This is called modding.
