Baofeng UV-3R: Yahoo Group

I was just wondering if anyone was going to create a Yahoo group for the UV-3R. A quick search and, of course, there is one: Baofeng UV-3R Yahoo Group.

My next pondering is why the Yahoo groups are so popular with the ham radio crowd.

    I've often pondered that. If you find out, let me know.

    The group won't let me in, anyway. There's more discussion about it on the TM1 forum.

    Thanks for the link. By everything I can find on the web, the UK is leading the way on finding out information about this little rig.
