FEIDA M2 FE-768: Mini HT

I assume the Feida FE-768 ($25.50) is the tiny HT that the 409Shop teased on Twitter a while back. It looks like an iPhone charger in the second picture. It would be nice if they actually listed the frequencies it used - because they aren't listed as of this post.

  1. Probably UHF but no details... And can't find any other listings on Google.

Note how the post refers to both Feida and Felida. :)

    2. Also, no programming software or cable yet. According to the e-mail they sent me.

  2. According to the specs, less than 2.5W tx power. How much less? Yaesu only manages 1.5W, and that is using a much larger battery and Japanese engineering from a company with a lot of experience.

Well, I guess that technically 0.25W is technically "≤ 2.5W"

    1. Sorry, but by "Yeasu" I was referring to the VX-3R.

  3. The freq list is now on 409.shop page. Only three of the freqs are in the USA 440 MHZ FM band. They have a newer model FEIDA M1 with a LCD on the front and does +- 2.5 Watts. But no freq list on the M1.. but it has 22 channels. The M1 is a two pack for $45.00

  4. AliExpress lists a Feida 768 programming cable with software for EU15. Looks like the 'usb' on the HT carries a serial signal, like the Hyt PD365 does.

With regards to the M1 - note 409shop lists audio via earphone only -> no room for a speaker!

  5. Have Feida 768. Interesting rig but heads up....no volume nor squelch control. built in voice is quite loud through the built in speaker and ear piece. Software is out there if you want to spend US$17 for the cable(am thinking standard mini usb will work)and software. Antenna is permanent mount.

    1. So is the volume set at one level? Is there no way to adjust volume even through function button?
