Working FM Chip in New Samsung Phones

I'm sure some accountant is complaining about the pennies it will cost, but I'm glad new Samsung phones will have a functional FM chip.

    My understanding is that nearly all phones already have the hardware but it's locked down, so there are no pennies to worry about, unless you're counting QA pennies to test the feature they ignored before.

    It should be possible to enable FM on most smartphones with a firmware update.
