"NASA chose UT as its winner, which will give the UT Amateur Radio Club time for a one-on-one chat with space station Mission Commander Shane Kimbrough."
A jack of many hobbies and a master of none - spending lots of time on amateur/ham radio, running, and technology.

Expensive. Bureaucratic. Even so, I can't help but romanticise NASA and the space prgram. Sixty cool pictures of the space shuttle's history here.

"Their assistance was invaluable. In particular, the Marshall Amateur Radio Club was the very first to hear the radio beacon. It was exciting!"
